Garden Thursday

IZA:  Today, I have decided to show the whole flowerbed area!

I got good pictures from Ayla's windersill.  Ya cant see individual flowers, but ya can see that the plants are in large clumps instead of "a few here, a few there" like they were last year.  The Big Thing did a lot of diggin an movin this Spring an now most all of the plants are with their right friends!

The main flowerbed is shaped like a "L", with the short part against the house and the long part along the fence heading toward the veggie garden, an the two ends of the "L" are connected in a curve.  This is the long end...
This part shows the corner...  There is a path with gravel an warm-butt stones, an a gate that I am not allowed out of.

This is the bottom of the L.  The center part is all bell peppers, so I spose it ought to be called part of the veggie garden.  But TBT says they are 4 colors (red, yellow, purple, an green) an will look "flowery" so they can be in the flowerbed...

There are some other flowerbeds in the woods an front yard.  I'll try to show those nex week...

Very nice.
We have one pot of geraniums on the front porch.

Those are great garden pictures! Our mom said her garden as a little girl was L shaped like that - so it makes her think of that. And we think the peppers will be perfect when they are all the different colors - just like flowers!

That is a very Large garden! It's so lush and green, compared to the desert here. We are dying to know what's beyond the gate; you are Very Good to behave and not go exploring.

WE likes the L shape. Mommy tends to just plant things without any thought what so ever. We are beginning to get her trained with some help from Daddy, but it is very hard work.
