Nip Leafs

AYLA:  We got Nip Leafs today.  We have ta be careful of them cuz the plant TBT brought inside a few weeks ago doesnt have many.  But he is growin cuttings from it so we will have lots more soon.  But fer right now, each leaf is important...

Iza rolled away from hers, but was watchin it carefully so I wouldnt grab it an run.
Here I am bein equally careful of mine.  I have it up on the TV table an I am watchin Iza real cautious.
She kinna "Nipped out", so I can relax a bit myself...
Then she wandered off an left the room, so I brought my leaf down ta the floor to enjoy it in peace.  It IS a bit loud sittin right next ta the TV!
All hail to the Nip plant!

I bet you guys will be really happy when those cuttings start taking off. One leaf is barely a buzz.

Where does TBT keep the plant? Hanging from the ceiling?

It sits on the kitchen counter. And rule #1 is "we cant go up there". Its like the rule of the house is "you can go annywhere ya want but NOT on the kitchen counters.

We aint saying he is harsh, but that is the MAIN SPECIAL RULE, and he does enforce it.

Ooh, fresh catnip is the best! My kitties had it for the first time a few days ago, and boy, were they ever EXCITED. Also drunk. Veeery drunk.

Nip leafs are the BEST aren't they? Momma didn't bring a plant Inside for us because she SAYS we have no self controls.
If you do the sweet face and baby mew, do you get another leaf?

You are doing a good job conserving the 'nip! For some reason, I like the dried-up kind best.

Mom tried to grow nip from seed this last summer and it was a no-go.
Would sprout up then wither. She's gonna buy a plant in the spring and transplant it into a pot for inside.
Your leaves look nice & green!
