Easy Like Sunday

AYLA:  We are havin a nice Easy Sunday here.  Ive had BETTER ones, but Im actally OK.

We started out with a good breakfast.  This was "Spot's Stew, Chicken Flavor".  We like it, but it has vegebles innit, so there is allus a little pile of clean peas and some carrot left in the bowls when we are done.
The inflatable collar doesnt make it hard ta eat, like those cones.  Here is a closeup.
Later, TBT brought the roller track into the living room.  It allus makes it more innerestin when toys show up in new places.
We all went straight for it, even though it sat in the MewsRoom all ignored fer a couple weeks.
Iza was first at it...
But Marley took a turn, too.
In this action shot, Marley blurred the picture by shoving the track as he pawed around unner the high part.
Naturally, we will be nappin all afternoon.

Have a nice Easy Sunday evryone...

I makes our lil' hearts all furry warm to see you playing and eating and stuff, Ayla! We are the same way about toys being moved. It's like they are magically NEW!
What store did TBT buy your collar at? Mommy is thinking she's gonna get a couple just to have on hand.

My human wants to know more about that collar too - I am not sure I want to know, though! In any case, I am glad you are feeling so much better, Ayla! And what is it with these silly food companies including peas and carrots in cat food? We don't eat 'em either.

He bought it at Petsmart in the dog section. It way down on the bottom shelf.

He got it for Iza when she had HER operation, and it werked real well. But he has noticed I CAN stretch around enough ta lick at the stitches. So far I havent bit at any of them.

But Iza was fat and less bendy even when 6 months old. A really slender agile cat like me can (mebbe) get at them. TBT is watchin me pretty careful.

Ayla, we're glad to see you out and about and looking well! That inflatable collar is a brilliant idea, we think, much better than a traditional cone.

We don't get the peas and carrots thing...We cats are obligate carnivores, but it seems that cat food is made to appeal to the human's perception of what is good--the four food groups. We think it's silly to have fruits and vegetables in our food. :-P

We were thinking what a good idea the inflatable collar is too.
JUST A MINUTE!!!We were thinking no such thing, that was our mum.
One of the varieies of our Stinky Goodness has peas and carrots in it, and we always leave them in a nice neat pile too. We are glad to see you are doing well.

Alya, You made me and mom smile widely : ) Eating and Playing and got a special collar !!! I like the zip on top, May be you can ask TBT put extra treats in there : ) I'm so happy to see you are doing well : )

And I just notice, My mom put my food bowl the same way as yours ! The heavy one on the bottom, and my favorite bowl on the top. Mom just know the cat bowl ( Heavy one is not practical , I can get my food at the edge.

So glad to see you are getting better, Ayla. With luck, you'll be a whole lot better once you recover from this surgery.

Are you messy eaters? We noticed TBT put a small bowel inside a bigger one for all of you kitties.

Purrrrrring that your Sundays are all better than this one for all of you.

The small bowls are in the larger heavy ones cuz Iza tends ta push her bowl around and unner the kickspace at the cabinets while she eats.

So good to see you eating and looking good, Ayla. The collar really looks interesting and certainly less offensive than the cone.

It's weird about toys when they go different places. They take on a whole new appeal!
