No Garden Tour Thursday!

IZA:  It is 100 degrees F out today and HOT AS HELL, so, quite frankly, I'M not going out in it an I wont ask ya to either.  TBT went out ta pick some beans, an he came in drippin in 10 minutes!  He knew the forecast, so he went out last evening an watered all the plants, so they are OK.  Better him than me, ya know?

So, instead, we are doing a "Golden Oldies" of cooler times ta make us all feel more comfy in this HOT HOT weather!.

This is me out in a huge snowfall 2 Winters ago!  It was actally nice out there.  I enjoyed the coolth!

The Burning Bush from last Fall.  A good reminder of the nice days neither too hot or too cold.
The Daffodils from this past Spring.  Those were nice days too!
 Some Tulips from Late Spring...
And the daylilies from Early Summer...  The last of the really nice days.

Hope that helped us all feel a bit cooler than the outside temps fer now.  I am told it will be a BIT better next week, but this IS the HOTS part of the year here.  We'll see.

We loved the picture of SNOW. Arty doesn't seem to mind the heat, she is running around outside but she stays in the woods where it is shady and sort of cool.

I keep hearing about how hot it is for everyone! We have it hot, but nowhere near as bad as the rest of the country!

Oh man, that snow looks good with temps in the 90's and 90% humidity.

Aw, thanks we needed that! It's hot than two rats in a wool sock, here! (Pardon my mom, she thinks she's funny.) Purrs.

Thanks for posting the great photos. I felt cooler just looking at the one of the snow.

Thanks for *cool* flashback, Iza. Ahh, the snow pic-sher sure was nice. We may have to come back to look at that. We've got the hots going on here too but 'at least' it's dry and there is no yucky humidity. Stay cool!

Yes, seeing snow makes use cooler. Mum says just so she doesn't have to shovel it.

That was a nice, cool post! Sorry to hear that the heat wave is still hammering you out there. I learned a fun fact about our summer weather today: we've had a total of 78 minutes of above-80F temperatures all summer. It's so chilly!

Me and the Human love the cools! We wish we could blow some of our lovely summer fog to all the people and kitties that need it!

Finally some relief for us. We had that all week! Our baseball team the Twins had a double header one of those days and they had to have IV fluids between games!
