Mancat Monday

MARLEY: TBT was out on the deck an it is a nice day.  So I kept askin him iffen I could come out an join him.
"Me out?  Me out?  Me out?"

It dint werk.  I probly shouldnt have climbed over the fence the last few times he let me outside.  That was last Summer.  But it doesnt hurt to ask once in a while...

sure you can ask - but then he may make you wear a harness and leash to go out....ask yourself - is it worth it??? :)

Well, it really doesn't hurt to ask, often!

If you don't ask you don't get! Sounds like you're not going to get anyway though.

They say we kitties have short attention spans, but we also have long memories! I bet you are still thinking of getting over that fence, Marley. ;-)

Maybe if you stayed in the yard, TBT would let you out again. Being out in your yard is better than not being out at all.

Who knows? If you keep asking, he may give in. We know our mom wouldn't but TBT may give in.

Nellie, that is a great idea. I was thinking of passive fence barriers, but water "disincentive" might work!

Marley, how could he resist that face?

Amazingly (and depressingly) well, William! He may have a soft heart generally, but he is a stickler fer "RULES". There aren't many, but one is that WE DO NOT GO OUTSIDE (if we wont stay INSIDE the 6' fence).

well rats, Marley! we're sorry you couldn't convince TBT to let you out (we are surprised he can resist your face :)). We have no luck with our mom on that front either. but you must always ask...over and over...:D

Awwww Marley thats too bad he is ignoring you. How is he ever going to know if you can stay in the yard if he doesn't let you prove you can?

DUDE! Us too!! And it's just AWFUL to see your icky gross SISFUR outside wif momma too an' you're stuck INDOORS. SOOOOOOO not fair. Not that is has anything to do with jumping fences or hiding under decks. Right???
