Werdy Wensday

Have you noticed that we are free of collars in the recent pictures?  YAY!

We hate those things.  We mostly just pull them off once a week and hide them as best we can.  TBT is good at findin them though...  Srsly, we got one off in the deep dark corner of the closet he never pays attention too, an he FOUND IT!

We only had them so TBT could know when we were right behind him, That dint werk all that well, cuz we learned ta walk without the bells "clingling"...

He says he might sew on a dozen per collar...  That might take some werk ta walk silent around him.

TBT:  I want to hear them so that I don't step on them.  Iza likes to stand right behind my feet while I prepare my dinner.  I know to do the Bein-Shuffle, but she still gets shoved footwise, sometimes.  Marley runs to get under my feet when I walk.  I have no idea why.

Ayla, of course, is too much a Princess to risk being stepped on.

Luckily we don't get under my human's feet too often - and I say luckily, because she is a clumsy oaf! Really - even she admits it.

If he puts all those bells on you, I think you should shake, rattle & roll all around him during the night, MOL! Honestly, won't all that jangling drive you crazy (-er)???

with all the kittens, mom already walks around looking down. :) but, we haven't figured out how to get our collars off, so we guess we are stuck

My peep #1 has this purse which seems to double as a black hole. Things put in there are never to be found again... and I do mean NEVER! Does your TBT have anything similar?

Pssst! Iza! We has an idea on where's you can bury- err, hide - your collars next time. We, err, *Might* have done something like this to Allie's collar once. Just as a joke.

Georgia always had multiple bells on her collar but she could move without them ringing--in fact she could catch birds with them on...

That TBT is a crafty one finding those collars no matter where you "lose" them! -S&S

Scout is constantly at risk for getting stepped on because he twines around my ankles at feeding time. And I've stepped on poor Shaggy's tail countless times. He always makes me know it too giving a l-o-u-d classic cat yowl! -Mom

I can see where the jingle bells would drive kitties crazy, but I can see where the human would appreciate them. Hard to find a compromise there isnt it.

We have never had collars, I don't know what we would do if Mom tried such a thing on us.

I like the idea of a collar full of bells, but I bet that noise would get mighty annoying!

We get to be nekkid, no collars. Mum sometimes gets her big fat feets near us, but we avoid her.

Parents seem to have radar for finding things we hide. We only wear a collar if we have our camera so that is only for half an hour at a time. Mum put the collar on us for a few hours at a time for 2 or 3 days before she put the camera on it, and she was surprised we didn't object to it.
