Ayla, I rule here and I do just the opposite - I rarely leave a clean bowl. In fact, sometimes I sniff it and decide it's only good enough for the peons (i.e., the other two cats).
We rarely leave a licked clean plate as we like to save some room in case something tastier is forthcoming!Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Well, I DO agree Sparkle! Its only WHEN I choose to eat that the bowl is so clean. Iffen it is not up to my standards I just pay it no attention and leave it all fer Iza (she'll eat ANNYTHING).Keeping her fat is part of my long-range plans to keep her OFF my high places... MOL!
Ellie and Raz will clean the bowl, Allie never cleans her bowl. The Florida Furkids
Well, Iza is so chubby that I'm gonna say that it was a trick question!MeganSydney, Australia
Well good job on the bowl cleaning even if I did guess wrong!
Our Royalty like to keep the minions on high alert you suddenly deeming food unacceptable.
It's always the least expected one! MOL!Happy Caturday!
I am Queen and I am exactly the same. Not a morsel left behind. My cout jester on the other hand...Well he's a hot mess.; ) Katie
M says I should take lessons from you. Cuz I has no toothies, I sometimes smear my food all over the dish, then M has to pile it up again. he he - it gives her a job anyway.
You make a good job of cleaning your bowl Ayla. I never clean mine. I like to leave some because mum chucks it out for the birds. Gets 'em all fattened up ready for me.
D'oh! nice work on the plate cleaning, Ayla!Pip, Smidgen, Minnie, Hollie
I'm far from dainty but I always lick my bowl clean!!! Thats only because I don't get anywhere near enough in there so every bite & lick counts so I don't get fainty. -Shaggy
Allie: But of COURSE!!
Well, we sure were wrong!
Ayla! Wow--Iza Lambie, I was wrong, wrong, wrong! I was sure it was you who licked up every scrumptious bite to keep that tummy silky soft just for ME!
Good job, Ayla. If you don't leave a clean bowl, who knows what will happen to the remainder. Thanks for the kind comment on our post about Beau. To answer your question, he is returning to his foster home with a rescue group to await a better-suited home where his dominant behavior won't drive the resident cats into hiding. Or maybe he'll be an only cat, or be adopted with his brother. He went back with lots of donations, love, and tears.
