Garden Tour Thursday

IZA:    Well, its Garden Tour Thursday, but not from THIS year!  It is wet and drizzly here today and TBT says it is likely to get wetter and downright stormy for the next 5 days.  Which means we are probably stuck inside for all that time.

So I decided ta see what the garden looked like LAST year at this week ta make things a bit cheerier.  Iffen we cant go outside ta look at the flowers, at least we can be reminded of sunnier days!

It was nice ta be out in the sun.
The Sedum were dark red...
The Butterfly Bushes were still blooming...
The Zinnias were thick and colorful...
We had the same Impatiens and Coleus, but they were bushier and taller...
The Hydrangea were in full bloom...
And the Nip was lush!
Hopefully, all this rain will encourage this years plants ta recover and bloom better before the season ends.

Nem me fale em chuva, estamos com sol mas chuva já está voltando para nós.
As Zinnias estavam muito bonitas.
Espero que o sol volte logo para vocês!

I hope your storms aren't too bad. We have had a week of sun which is probably more than we had all summer.

Great tour. Stay inside where it is nice and dry.

We saw that it looks less hurricane-y than previously forecast, so we hope that you have some nice weather eventually this weekend!

What a lovely idea. Are you getting rain because of the Tropical Depression? We are getting high winds, so far no rain. We thinks it is suppose to be past up by tomorrow.

We like the sunny and dry tour! We are supposed to get 7-12 inches of rain from that hurrican with the funny name.

My human's boyfriend is headed off into all your wet weather right now - he's got a couple of MD gigs! Meanwhile, it's all-sun, all the time here (not necessarily a good thing, with our drought).
