MARLEY: I was outside earlier, so this is a good time fer grooming. I dont know about you, but I like ta start by nibbling through my furs. I get sticky-seeds and tree dust in my furs a lot and that gets them out.
Then I go with the l-o-n-g tongue-strokes ta get it all smoothed back down an in the right direction.
Of course it helps ta be sitting on yer Bein, so ya can go straight into a nap after...
We like your thorough technique! *taking lots of notes*
ReplyDeleteMr. Clean has got nothing on you Marley!
ReplyDeleteI like to start with the nibbling too, Marley. Sometimes when I do my tail, I forget the long smoothing strokes and the fur stands up all over the place. My mum usually runs her hand down it for me so it is nice and smooth again.
ReplyDeleteI'm taking tips from you, Marley!!
ReplyDeleteYou've clearly had lots of practice at this!
ReplyDeleteMarley, you are a handsome guy. Thank you for sharing your bathing tips with us.
ReplyDeleteLooks like ya duz a good job!
ReplyDeleteI agree Marley - you need to ensure that you are in a very comfy napping spot before you start the laundry. You don't wanna mess up a single fur by moving once everything has been thoroughly cleaned. Also, I think you'll find it's true that it's a bit of a treat for beins to have their cats licking and slurping right in front of their faces. Keep the tips comin'.

You do a fine job of cleaning up for sure. And doing in TBT's lap? Genius.
ReplyDeleteA good washup is so relaxing..sort of like a massage, so its good you are already in your napping spot...your TBT will have to rest with you, MOL!
ReplyDeleteNow this is a great technique, Marley. You sound like a grooming guru!
ReplyDeleteBoa soneca Marley!
ReplyDeleteE obrigado pelas dicas.
