Well, he's a sophisticated, thoughtful kind of chap, Iza, so it's natural for him to think on a lap. I'm sure he does nap on a lap too - just not as much as you do.
Oh Iza-Lambie, I never nap on a lap. Laps are dangerous places because Humans are attached to them. I only stay on a lap as long as I am getting the brushies. When they stop--I am OUTTA there! I would like to come nap with you, though, if it didn't have to be on that lap. XOXOXOX
And when you wake up its a brand new day...or hour as the case may be. That is what petcretary even tells her residents when they are in 'tizzy' mode:)
Napping is much better than having to think.

We do luff to nap. But not on laps.
