Garden Tour Thursday

IZA:  We haven't done this this year.  It was bad fer flowers here.  But we have SOME.  And guess what?  They are all volunteers from last year...

Except for this first one.  TBT put out some tomato seedlings in July and they are doing great!
All these grew themselfs!   Oh wait, not the Venus Fly Traps.
But the marigolds...
And Salvia did it all themselfs...
The hummers LOVE those.

So let's just chew some fresh Nip leaves an admire them fer coming back.  Pee Ess, watch TBT fer some tossed treats...  Marley says he has a pocketful.

Update:  BTW, yesserday's pictures were of the Mews seeing a big orange cat strolling through the yard  in search of our NIP!  Ayla was all "ears forward".  Marley watched carefully (there is plenty for all).  Iza went on the attack!

Bast honors that womancat!  He skedaddled, tail low.  When she returned to the deck, she was sniffed and honored!

TBT stayed inside, but was ready to go screaming out if required...

I remember the marigolds from last year and these are almost as good. Gotta love those volunteers!

We are happy to see some flowers were able to bloom. This summer really has been bad for our garden too. Thanks for the update from yesterday with the big orange cat strolling the yard. Now it's time for some nip. Thanks for sharing the wonderful photos. Have a great day.

Well done Iza!
My garden hasn't done too well this year either. A lot of the flowers went over in no time with the heat, and others never grew properly.
The only things that were a success were the tomatoes and strawberries. We had a bumper crop of both.

Mommy says volunteers are the best and things that live year around. It has been raining to much for us to do any yard work. Even when it's not raining the yard is MUDDY.
