IZA: TBT hunted up some ice cream a few months ago. He almost never gets anny but he did. And then a bit dropped on the floor and I licked it.
WOW! I loved it... So when TBT got some more a few days ago, he put a tiny bit on the placemat where he eats.
Marley was NOT thrilled. I walked right OVER him to get at it. He complained but I ignored him. I mean, it was ICE CREAM!
So, is this stuff OK fer me ta eat? It is straight vanilla...
Ice cream? I wish we had some here - it sounds heavenly!
ReplyDeleteyou can't let anything, or sleeping Marleys, get in your way when there is ice cream on offer.
ReplyDeleteMy cat from before, Mina, had a real passion for ice cream. She loved sweet stuf, including Coke. She'd dip her paw in it when I wasn't looking. That's why I don't believe studies that swear cats can't taste sweets.
ReplyDeleteOh, vanilla ice cream is yum!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lucky kitty. Enjoy your ice cream.
ReplyDeleteI am not much of a ice cream cat. Derby loved it.
ReplyDeleteIza, a little ice cream here and there is always delicious. Get out the way, Marley!! Ice cream is in the neighborhood. Thanks for the share. Have a great day.

Nothing gets between you and your ice cream. If you had a lot the cream might, er, make you loose in the litter pan but a little is heaven.
ReplyDeleteAs little as you got, I am sure it's alright.
ReplyDeleteI'm with The Whiskeratti - don't bet that cats can't taste sweet !
ReplyDeleteYou should be able to enjoy the little dab that TBT gave you ! He's always so good about how he feeds you Mews.
Oh dear: no one and no pusscat should get between Iza and ice cream. They risk getting trampled!

I've had kitties love ice cream too!
ReplyDeleteYou are lucky. I usually have chocolate so I can't share.
ReplyDeleteMy WiDget (wolverine in disguise) always checks out my ice cream to see if it's a flavor he likes. Chocolate = NO and jump outta there, Vanilla = YES and give me my own bowl with a couple of teaspoons in it! He especially likes the caramel part of B&J's Karamel Sutra. Vanilla or plain yogurt is sometimes a YES too, and lately he daily asks for a morning bowl of (lactose free) milk. Sister Katja likes nothing of people food. All of the seven cats who did or do live here have liked very different things.
