The Stranger Came And Went

Thank Bast it was fast.  And he didnt scare us much.  Mostly basement stuff.  Marley was hiding for an hour later though.  He is VERY BRAVE about some things, but not others.  Introoder cats, he handles that.  Strangers, not so good.  In fact, TBT  made the toy goose honk just once last night, and he left fast UTB.

Evrycat has a THING, right?

Annyway, the Stranger fixed the heaty/cooly.

The picture app thingy isnt doing anything, TBT wonders if is even thinking.  Some picture keeps moving though, and will be patient.

Pictures when we can again...

  3. We had lots of basement invaders last winter! No fun at all, but Mudpie enjoyed visiting with them.

  7. Having heat is a wonderful thing. It's okay Marley, Simon & Seal aren't into strangers visiting either. The rest of us don't mind and we're a bit nosey.

  8. Glad everything's all fixed! (We hide too when the heating/cooling guy comes, even though he's been here like a million times.)

  9. Glad you got that heaty/cooly thing ready to do good work for you, esp if it gets cold, afterall it *is* January...

I hide too, but if the introoder(s) isn't too noisy, I might comer out to spy on them! Minko just stayed is a safe hidey hole till long after they were gone! We had a couple who had to help any and all introoders, even to the point of sitting in their tool bags, and licking their hair, MOL! That always got strange reactions...

  10. As you probably guessed, I welcome strangers. Especially now that Binga isn't around to do it. It's up to me to be the hostess.

  11. What a coincidence! WE, too, had a Stranger visit yesterday to fix the heating! Although We have backup for effurrything. We have overhead heaty/cooly machines and We also have gas-fired central heating (which was the one in need of repair).
Mummy prefurrs the heaty/cooly machines, but We prefurr the central heating because We like to sit on the radiators.
Well, as long as you can be warm and toasty, that's the Impawtant thing.
