Twofur Tuesday

LAZ:  We are being good peaceful kitties while Dad heals.  We visit him in the TV room regularly, but mostly we try to stay out of his way.

Plus, that thing he uses ta get around is a bit scary.  It looks like it could pinch a tail easily.  And he doesnt need anny more obstacles than there aleady are.

I also learned something from Marley today.  BEINS ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE!  OMC, I dint know that.  I (maybe) wouldnt have called for his help and tried harder to get down myself.  But I had never been up in a tree before and getting down is trickier than I thought.

I depend on him a lot.  And he seems to be real good and helping us.  It never occurred ta me he could be in anny danger.  I mean, he's a BEIN...

I try ta sleep up against him at night and send purrs into his hurties.  Im not a lapcat, so thats the best I can do.  And I am trying not to be all fussy about the food (there are flavors I dont like much but Ayla and Marley do).

I'm sure you're helping him a great deal! (My dad fell in the driveway yesterday and he's really hurting too!)

Laz, I'm sure your Dad is happy that you are safe and sound! And Queen Nellie did not become a lap cat until she was like elebnty billion years old. Maybe you will too!

Your Dad loves you so much Laz, that will never change!

Purrs help the healing. Laz, you didn't mean to cause TBT hurt.

Us hooligans add our nice licks and some soft aroos to help the healing go well. And Laz, how sweet of you to give your purr therapy.

We know you didn't really cause that accident...

Humans are surprisingly fragile for being so huge! I'm glad you are giving TBT healing purrs - I'm sure he needs them.

Beins might only have one life, Laz, but it's a mighty long one. Some beins live to be 100 years old. The main trouble is that for the last bit, many of 'em are pretty frail and not terribly well. TBT is approaching that period of his life but is not there yet, so he should heal well and be as good as new some time soon.

Your dad knows you didn't mean for him to get hurt and still loves you just as much. Giving him healing purrs is good and will help him. Eric was never very good at coming down trees either. I told him he looked as awkward as a camel and sometimes would have to climb part way up to help him.
