Today we answer questions from past comments... We answer the ones we can answer. Some we cant.
Going from newest to back as far as we chose, LOL!
Dragonheart, Merlin, and Devi asked: "Did you open the drawer or take advantage of it being open?"
I cant open a drawer. TBT opens it sometimes and "first come first served"! ~ IZA
Flynn and William both mentioned not getting drawer sleeping opportunities.
We
get the top one sometimes and a lower one less frequently. Part of the
reason we are allowed in the drawers is that TBT found a small bath
floor mat that just covers his cloths in the drawer, so he isn't worried
about our furs in his undercloths. So, once a week, he takes it out to
collect any whiskers and then vacuums it clean.
Megan said "I can't help but wonder who put those scratches in the side of the drawer, Iza.
Not me. That dresser and rest of TBTs bedroom furniture goes back to 1978 and we sure arent the first cats to sleep in the drawers. He is guessing that scratches are from Sport-Sport and Ralph (both girlcats), who were rather destructive in the early 80s. ~ IZA
Many cats asked about the "milk rings".
Our milk used to come with pull-off rings. Now they come with
screw-off caps. But TBT, (in his demi-godlike prediction abilities)
saved a couple dozen of the old style pull rings. I love them beyond
all toys. We will take pictures of them someday soon. ~ AYLA
Colehaus Cats commented: "Looking pretty comfy there, Marley... Wait! A treat in his pocket???
What is this thing we've been missing out on for our entire lifetimes??"
Treats
are tricky here. We get regular kibbles only as treats. TBT tosses
them around the room while he eats his own foods. We LOVE ADORE chasing
them bouncing along the floor. And he keeps some in his pockets
daily. You just never know when he will toss one down the hall, down
the stairs, or just pushed of a kitchen counter while he is preparing
his own dinner.
It isn't part of our daily food.
Just a surprise to keep us running around. Sometimes he uses the "EGG"
(has a hole in the top for making kibbles fall out when the egg is
batted), and sometimes the puzzle box where we have to reach into holes
in the side and find kibbles to pull out. It is a FANTASTIC GAME and we
love it. ~ MARLEY
Hope you enjoyed those...
UPDATE: Ah my most beloved SPITTIKINS has zoomed over and I am going to rest MY weary head on HIS Tum fer a change. He is so good to me... ~ IZA
