TAZ:  I'm enjoying the towel covering the laundry basket.  All that laundry sure makes things comfy!

 TAZ:  It is hard to beat a laundry basket on a rainy day...

MARLEY:  I'm waiting for Taz ta leave the laundry basket.  I could make him get out, of course, but he's my Bro.  I'm patient...

Easy Like Sunday

TAZ:  It was Laundry Day and we allus love that.  I claimed the basket.

I stayed there fer several hours napping after TBT took my pic.  It was actually a quiet day.  Sundays are like that sometimes.

Its not usually that empty, but sometimes a single TBT-smelly undershirt is enough ta sit on.

Mancat Monday

TAZ:   I know how ta relaxicate!  

TBT has folded towels just for us Mews.  

He takes the top ones off each week ta wash them.  Not that we have fleas or anything, but fur does build up.  So here I am with "just one" for a couple hours.  I think I feel a slight lump under this one.

The laundry basket is allus good too.  Its not my fault if he doesn't put his removable furs away quickly!

And Im glad he doesn't.  It is as good as a box, but softer.

Monday Mancat

 LOKI:  TBT says this was Aylas spot for a year. I hope she doesn't mind that I have adopted it.  He says she wont.

It is really a very soft spot.  Full of clothes and towels.  Cant ask fer much more than that!

This is a yawn, not a growl.  Bet ya yawned too seeing it.  TBT did.

But mostly, I just sleep there at night.  Ya cant beat comfy.

I can stay there all night.

In the morning (way before TBT is ready ta get up), I get out and sit next ta him purring and meowing.  Why?  Cause I want him ta get up and fed me.  Well, OK, "us", but mostly me.  He gets all grumpy about that.  Says he can't sleep with "noise".  Well, that's kinna the point, right?

MARLEY:  I sure love a full laundry basket!

But I cant quite get comfy.  I think there is a pea at the bottom of the basket...

Thankful Thursday

AYLA:   I like ta sleep in a lot of places, but a favorite was a big black laundry basket with a couple of lovely bloo towels in it.  But he kept tasking it away (for actual  laundry) and that made me sad.

So for my Birfday, he bought me a slightly smaller one of my own.  It was white, and I would have liked bloo, but he said he couldnt find a bloo one.  So I ignored it.  Cat's privilege...

Well, recently, I decided ta give it a try.  There was soft comfy laundry in it, after all!

And it is all mine!  And I can look out through the holes in the side to watch for the other Mews (I am still cautious of Laz and sometimes Lori wants to tap me).

And now it has bloo towels in it, but we don't have pics of that yet.  

I am very thankful for my own purrsanel private laundry basket!  It was a great Birfday present.

 AYLA:  I was feeling artsy, so I did a B&W pic.

 AYLA:  Comfy on a basket of socks!

And he doesn't mind my furs a bit.  Well, they are all on outsides of his socks...  They are all washed, but I can still smell him in them.  I like that.

I join him in bed in the middle of the night.  Sometimes I slip unner the covers for a while.  Not too long, but I like ta feel him breathing.  He is large and warm.  But he turns over a lot, so I leave.  Lori can put up with that a lot longer than I can.  So when she crawls unner, I leave.  But I watch him from the sock basket.  The better he sleeps (even with Lori), the happier I feel.

Easy Like Sunday

IZA:  I really love the laudray bsket!  All those small holes on the sides mean I I can see out but nokitty can whap me through them.  Not that anykitty does but you can't be too careful. 

 And there is a whole JUG of kibbles I like right next to me.  Is that great or WHAT!

And, even better, I am preventing TBT from collecting laundry.   It was all cooled and I don't like cooled laundry.  So I'm in control here!  He has to heat it up again later.

IZA:  One of my favorite ways ta take it EASY is ta sit in the laundry basket. 

I can see what is goin on all around the house AND I dont have ta get worried about bein stepped on or pounced from behind!

Friday Fun Spot

IZA:  I LOVE the laundry basket!  I just discovered it weeks ago.  Now annytime I see it upright, I just HAVE ta sit inside.

An as an added attraction, there is that fevver-thing right out of reach...

Decisions, decisions... Should I stay or should I go?

I think I'll stay.  And watch.  It might move...
